How It Works
Place the sampler’s tip on the area of turf you want to inspect.
Place your foot on the foot peg and apply firm, even pressure to drive the tube into the ground.
Twist the handle slightly and pull the sampler straight up to extract the core.
The soil core can be easily viewed and removed from the open-ended tube for inspection.

How It Works
Position the sampler on the turf where you want to take a core.
Apply steady pressure to the handle to drive the tine into the ground.
Twist the handle slightly and pull the sampler straight up to remove the core.
Examine the soil profile through the large cut-out window.
To remove the core, simply tap the sampler or push it out.
